General Transaction Policy

Purpose and Scope

This General Transaction Policy sets out the principles, conditions, and procedures for transactions between Reasonary AI and users when accessing, registering for, and using services on the website/application.

This policy applies to:

  • Individuals and organizations using Reasonary AI services.
  • Transactions related to registration, payment, cancellation, refunds, and service delivery.

Continued use of the service implies that the user has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Policy.

  • Reasonary AI: Platform providing artificial intelligence (AI) application services.
  • User: Individuals or organizations using the service.
  • Service: Free or paid AI features.
  • Transaction: Activities of registration, payment, cancellation, refund, and service usage.

Transaction Principles

  • Voluntary – transparent – honest – lawful.
  • Service information and prices are publicly disclosed.
  • Users are solely responsible for decisions based on AI results.

Transaction and Service Usage Process

Registration and Usage

  1. Access the Reasonary AI website/application.
  2. Register an account (if required).
  3. Select service/service package.
  4. Complete payment (if applicable).
  5. System activates the service.

Service Information and Pricing

  • Service prices are listed in VND.
  • The duration and scope of use are clearly described for each package.
  • Reasonary AI reserves the right to adjust prices and will notify users in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users have the right to request cancellation before the service is activated.
  • After the service has been activated or usage has occurred, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through Reasonary AI's official support channels.

Refund Policy

Reasonary AI does not apply refunds for service packages that have been activated and used.

Cases considered for refund:

  • Serious technical error from the system that makes the service unusable;
  • Payment transaction was deducted but the service was not activated.

Refund processing time (if applicable): in accordance with the regulations of each payment method and applicable law.

Service Delivery Policy

Since Reasonary AI provides digital services, no physical goods transportation occurs, therefore:

  • Services are provided online through the website/application;
  • Service delivery time:
    • Immediately after the system confirms successful payment; or
    • According to the specific time of each service package.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connection for using the service.

User Rights and Obligations

Rights

  • To be provided with complete information about the service;
  • To receive technical support during use;
  • To have personal information kept confidential.

Obligations

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Not to use the service illegally;
  • Not to infiltrate or sabotage the system.

Reasonary AI's Rights and Responsibilities

  • To provide services as described;
  • The right to temporarily suspend/terminate the service when:
    • User violates policies;
    • There is a request from state authorities;
    • System maintenance and upgrades.
  • Not responsible for damages arising from users using the service for improper purposes.

Limitation of Liability

  • AI-generated content is for reference only.
  • Not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Reasonary AI is not responsible for user decisions based on AI content.

Data Security

Personal information is processed in accordance with the separately published Privacy Policy, in compliance with Vietnamese law.

Dispute Resolution

  • Priority is given to negotiation and mediation.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved at the competent Court in Vietnam.

Effectiveness

  • This Policy takes effect from the date of publication.
  • Reasonary AI reserves the right to adjust and will notify publicly.
