Reasonary AI Terms of Service

Welcome to Reasonary AI! You are reading the Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms") that constitute the agreement between you and Reasonary AI (the developer and owner of the Reasonary AI application and website). These Terms apply to the Reasonary AI mobile applications and website: reasonary.ai, as well as email newsletters published or distributed by us. For convenience, our services, Website, and Application will be collectively referred to as the "Service". Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Website or Application (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms, Reasonary AI's Privacy Policy (available at reasonary.ai/policy), and all applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms or Service

We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or update these terms without prior notice. If we do so, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms to the Application or via email. If you continue to use our Application after the terms have been changed, that means you accept the updates. Otherwise, you may stop using our service.

Who May Use Our Services

We are committed to protecting the personal data of users, especially users under 16 years of age.

  • In the course of providing the Service, we may have users who are individuals between the ages of 14 (fourteen) and under 16 (sixteen) years old (referred to as "children"). We will implement necessary procedures to verify the age of users and obtain consent from parents or legal guardians before collecting and processing personal data of children in accordance with applicable law.
  • If you are a child in this age range and want to use our Service, your parent or legal guardian must consent and be responsible for supervising and monitoring all activities related to your account. This includes ensuring that verification and authorization actions on your account are performed by your parent or legal guardian.
  • Users 16 years of age or older may use the Service independently, but must ensure they are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

Account

You may create an account to use certain features of the Service (for example: bookmarking favorite articles, following topics or someone). You will be responsible for managing your account and must not lend, sell, pledge, or transfer your account to any third party.

Content Ownership

All rights to News Content and Advertising Content are retained by the third party that is the source of that Content. You acknowledge that the Service and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Vietnam and other countries. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary graphics, images, music, software, sound, video, content, creative works of any kind, and information or other material posted, created, distributed, disseminated, provided, or made available through the Service.

Content Distribution Policy Terms

Default Content Mode

All content created by users on the Reasonary AI platform is by default set to private mode. Content is only distributed on the platform when users voluntarily set it to public.

Content Distribution Method

  • Content distribution on Reasonary AI is carried out by an automated algorithm system, based on community interest and individual user preferences.
  • Reasonary AI is committed to not artificially creating harmful "trends" or promoting the spread of unhealthy content.

Pre-moderation and Post-moderation of Content

  • Reasonary AI uses a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and a content management team to perform pre-moderation and post-moderation to remove content that violates legal regulations, ensure safety, and comply with Vietnamese cultural customs and practices.
  • Only content that has passed this moderation step and has been set to public mode will be distributed on the platform.

Transparency Commitment

Reasonary AI is committed to transparency and accountability in content distribution, complying with legal regulations and protecting the safety and health of the platform. Reasonary AI is ready to cooperate with authorities in providing relevant information when requested.

Rights and Terms for the Application

Based on your compliance with these Terms, the Reasonary AI application grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a mobile device or computer that you own or control and run that copy of the Application solely for your own personal non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the Application, except to make a reasonable number of copies for backup or archival purposes. Unless expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application.
  • Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Application to any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
  • Make the functionality of the Application available to multiple users through any means.

Reasonary AI retains all rights to the Application not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

Usage Data

By using the Service, you agree to allow us to collect information related to your usage patterns of the application, including but not limited to information about your device (Device ID), click actions, and reading behavior. This data will be stored anonymously, and we may use it to improve the quality of the Application.

General Prohibitions and Reasonary AI's Enforcement Rights

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Use, display, mirror, or frame the Service or any individual element within the Service, the Reasonary AI name, any Reasonary AI trademark, logo, or proprietary intellectual property information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained within a page without Reasonary AI's written consent;
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, Reasonary AI's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Reasonary AI's providers;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Reasonary AI system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
  • Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Reasonary AI or any of Reasonary AI's providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Service or Content;
  • Attempt to access or search the Service or Content or download Content from the Service through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Reasonary AI or other generally available third-party web browsers;
  • Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing Reasonary AI's trademark, logo URL, or product name without Reasonary AI's written consent;
  • Use the Service or Content, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms;
  • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Service or Content to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information;
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Service or Content;
  • Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Service;
  • Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Service from other users of the Service without their express permission;
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
  • Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.
